We serve pure vegetarian food only. We also serve Jain food ( kindly inform at the time of booking ). Package Includes Details Are As Below -

In AP Plan Tariff include all there meal only ( Breakfast , Lunch , Evening Tea and Dinner )
In MAP Plan Tariff include Breakfast and one major meal only ( Lunch & Dinner )
In CP Plan Tariff include Breakfast only.
In EP Plan Tariff only stay without meals is inclusive.
Bed Tea is not inclusive with any package.

IN LOW OCCUPANCY GENSET WILL RUN FOR LIMITED PERIOD.

Package with meal plan start with Lunch and end with check out day B/Fast. First day B/fast is chargeable.
All arrivals prior to 06 am are held from the previous evening and billed for from the previous evening. All arrivals between 6 am to 9 am will be charged half the tariff on room only basis. (For early check-in room will be allotted only if available and on chargeable basis).
PLS BRING YOUR GOVT. PHOTO-ID WITH ADDRESS PROOF & AGENT VOUCHER COPY AT CHECK IN. WE DO NOT ALLOW SINGLE PERSON BOOKING (ONLY WITH GROUP OR FRIENDS IS ALLOWED).
As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (Voters ID, Pan Card, Armed forces identity card etc.). It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.

The standard cancellation / amendment policy will not be applicable during festive period or long weekend - like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, 15th Aug. , period between 15th May to 15th June etc. 100% retention applicable in this period.
No Show, Cancellation charges last moment will be 100% Cost.
If You cancel your Hotel booking within 72 hrs of Check in, Cancellation charges will be 100% of the Total Cost .
If You cancel your Hotel booking on and before 04 day of check-in to 07 day, Cancellation charges will be 1 Night Cost.
If You cancel your Hotel booking 08 days before Check-in date, Cancellation charges will be 15% of the total Cost.
Group (above 5 rooms) Cancellation if before 15 days of Check In 20% of the booking amount will be charged, from 15 to 7 days 1 night cost and after 1 week 100% of Total cost will be charged.
Request for change in Dates or type of accommodation will be treated as fresh booking.
In case of No Show accommodation will be reserved for 24 hours (If advance received as full for the no. of nights booked, otherwise room will be released after 3:00 pm if no intimation received same day).
